1 – Challenge-Ready! (4h)
The workshop with the widest range of topics (also, TOP choice by clients).
The team will get to know each other from a new angle, unleash their creativity, and get practical tools on how to cooperate successfully in unexpected circumstances.

2 – “Unlearn: The Most Important Skill of 21st Century” (3-4h)
In this team-building workshop, your team will explore the stages of Unlearn (the skill to intentionally let go of old methods, strategies that no longer work) through light and fun improv exercises.
Each member will explore their current challenges from a new angle, explore fresh solutions, and cultivate collaborative problem-solving in the future.
Best for: whole department, or employees with the same role (for example, leaders, project managers).
3 – The Art of Adapting: Communication at Work
In-depth 3-hour workshop with real-life conversation simulation. 93% practice with immediately applicable techniques on how to:
- Navigate small talk with ease,
- Adapt successfully in 1:1 conversations and meetings;
- Manage challenging conversations more smoothly and respectfully.

4 – “The Charm of Communication and Collaboration” (4-8h)
This workshop (facilitated together with Organisational Psychologist Lauma Zubule) gives insight into the psychological and cognitive processes during collaboration at work.
Applied Improv combines with Organisational Psychology principles to develop your team’s communication and collaboration skills in a practical, hands-on, and creative way.
