*Adaptability skills training is based in AQ model
All training programs are inspired by science-based, holistic and innovative AQ model by AQai.
AQ, or Adaptability Quotient measures workplace adaptability of both individuals and teams. The higher the AQ, the more likely they will be able to “bounce forward” from setbacks, find alternative solutions to problems and embrace change at work.
AQ is measured across 3 key core dimensions: Abilities, Character and Work Environment.

What Makes This Adaptability Training So Successful?
Most of my clients report noticeable changes after the program (that often last). Here’s what makes it so successful (click to see more information):
Experience-Based Learning
80-90% of the session is experiential, meaning – you take part in simple, interactive exercises that allow you to see and learn about your (or your team’s) behaviors, mindsets, habits in a way that no discussion ever could. That makes the method so powerful and effective. Theories and research will be briefly mentioned and are available in PDF format afterwards.
Personalised Approach
No matter how standardised the training or workshop might be, I always adapt the program to the people I work with, as we go, if I see it is necessary.
The Safe Space to Test and Learn
When you get used to the method, it will become easier to experiment, test different behaviors, and challenge yourself. And, thus, there’s a greater chance you’ll notice changes in yourself outside the training, because what we do in sessions pretty quickly translates to real life.
“Of all of the Emotional Intelligence competencies, strength in adaptability predicts success most often.”
