A Moment Of Tough Love:

Only  long-term
adaptability training brings real transformation

No one learned how to walk, write, or do their jobs in a single try.

Then why do we expect long-term results from a single team training session?

A real behavior change requires a regular, deliberate practice.

For that, explore 3 solutions below.

Why Adaptability?

Adaptability impacts your success

It positively impacts revenue, effectiveness, productivity, leadership innovation, and more.

In short, if two competing teams have the same resources, but one is more adaptable, the adaptable team is most likely to win.

Services

Explore 3 Tier services for the long-term impact

Tier 1: Starter (Still powerful)

An engaging, hands-on team adaptability training program (6-12 weeks, 1-2h/week).

Participants will sharpen their adaptability skills with simple, fun and practical methods

They will get theory PDFs after each session with:

  • deeper insights and theories behind the tasks,
  • real-world examples, and
  • tips on how to use AI to help them deal with challenges regarding each specific skill.

Bonus: The sessions will help to ‘recharge the batteries’ and stay positive throughout the week, and build trust among team members (a side effects reported by long-term clients).

Tier 2: Deeper approach (More powerful)

Everything in Tier 1 plus:

  • science-based AQ (Adaptability Intelligence) Assessments for the whole team, and
  • Interactive Team AQ debrief session (1-2h, online) to explore the team’s adaptability profile, and decide on the next steps to leverage it, according to team’s goals.

View it as a science-based, trustworthy benchmark to understand and measure progress.

The skill training program happens after the AQ assessments and debrief session, and is tailored to the specific AQ profile of your team.

Tier 3: Advanced (The most powerful)

Everything in Tier 1-2 plus:

  • individual AQ debrief sessions (online, 60-90 min);
  • two 1:1 AQ coaching sessions.

Each team member gets individual support in their adaptability improvement journey.

It helps them become even more capable in dealing with challenges at work – now and in the future.

Testimonials

What Clients Say in Feedback Forms

“Our Team AQ Debrief Session was very productive and interesting.

 A knowledgeable coach.”

“I would highly recommend this to HR professionals, especially L&D teams, because they already manage change.

In general, it seems amazing to me if the whole company had access to AQ and can learn each other’s strongest skills, as well as what to improve.

From a business perspective, any company should be interested in improving its employees, as they are all already working in the company’s interest.”

“It’s important that the entire team participates in the debrief. This journey, with Elina’s skillful guidance, allowed us to make discoveries about ourselves, our colleagues, and the team as a whole. It was very helpful to look at ourselves and the team ‘from the outside’, to assess where we are and understand how to move forward.”

“Elina is wonderful in collaboration!

She helped us to better understand and look into ourselves/our problems, and explore specific solutions to get to the big goal by achieving small tasks. 🙂”
