The AQ assessment will be the best for for those who have worked at their workplace for at least 6 months. If you are a freelancer or are between jobs, you still may benefit from the results 2 of 3 dimensions – Abilities and Character. However, it’s up to you to take the assessment or not, as 1/3 of the assessment will be focused towards assessing your workplace.
