There are 3 main ways you can improve adaptability skills for you and your team.

1. Individual Training
Personalised training program, tailored to your professional goals. Once per week training sessions, online, for 1h.
This is the best option if you want to level up in private.
Duration: 8 weeks
2. Open Group Training
Standardised AQ skill training program. Online, once per week 1,5h sessions.
This is the best option if you want to level up your adaptability while learning from others and meeting like minded people from all over the world.
Duration: 10 weeks (with 2 weeks break in the middle, 8 sessions total)

3. Team Training
A personalised training program for your team to support them during change.

Adaptability skills training is based in AQ model
All adaptability training programs are inspired by science-based, innovative and patent-pending AQ model by AQai. AQ, or Adaptability Quotient measures workplace adaptability of individuals and teams. The higher the AQ, the more likely they will be able to “bounce forward” from setbacks, find alternative solutions to problems and embrace change at work.
