I am:

• Trainer in adaptability skills and
• Certified Level 2 AQ (Adaptability Intelligence) professional.

In simple words, I can help you (and your team/s) to

• understand what business adaptability consists of,
• improve it with effective methods.

Before this job, for 10 years, I helped start-ups and medium-sized businesses raise brand awareness and revenue online as a digital marketing specialist, manager, and creative director. 

Every day I had to help solve new challenges. I was regularly included in solving problems that were not my actual specialty, like product and service development, and crisis management. 

There, the attitude of “Let’s explore what we can do” became my automatic response to challenges in business.

It was just during the pandemic that I found out that such a response (“Let’s explore what we can do”):

• is a useful skill set in business;
• is rare, and
• I can help others improve and develop it.

How? Well…

Since the age of 14, I’ve practiced an effective method that can visibly improve most adaptability skills.

Improv. 

Right at the begining of 2020 (read: The Pandemic), I started working as an applied improv trainer.

I received some training and it took some practice, at the same time, as I had practiced improv for decades, I was able to tell what exercises would help others in a relatively short time.

One of my last marketing clients was an Emotional Intelligence training centre. I was offered to work there after graduating from their 6-month EI training program (where 50-60% of the tasks were improv, by the way!).

After that, I worked closely with the head trainer, regularly observing him in action, and learning how to train soft skills easily, enjoyably, and effectively. 

I can mainly credit this experience for being able to develop my first training program just 5 weeks into my applied improv trainer job.
